When considering Creole Brother's Cuisine's gourmet Louisiana seafood products, please recognize the experience and expertise of our staff and Vice President/Executive Chef Kenneth Becklehimer. Chef Kenneth Becklehimer has a reputation as a well-known Creole Chef where he started his apprenticeship at Charley G's in 1993 and then becoming Sous Chef. He left Charley G's in 1996 to expand his career where he worked with Al Copeland Enterprises for several years. He returned to Charley G's in 1999 as Executive Chef. Becklehimer, a native of Kenner, LA, graduated from Delgado Culinary School in 1996. While attending Delgado, he was a member of Phi Kappa honor society and was honored with The Outstanding Sous Chef Award in 1996 from the Rotary Club of New Orleans.

Creole Brother's is located in Chalmette, Louisiana, 15 minutes east of New Orleans. Creole Brother's is able to produce and ship "made from scratch" quality gourmet soups, sauces and entrees.
